Diverse role touching multiple parts of a fast-growing start-up. Identify, review, execute M&A opportunities and assist in post-merger value creation process. Assist in Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy and more.
✳️ What you will do
Diverse role touching multiple parts of a fast-growing start-up
- Strategy
- Gain a deep understanding of Company / product strategy in order to identify opportunities for potential inorganic activity
- Conduct industry analysis and competitive benchmarking studies
- M&A
- Sourcing: Utilize network and various tools to source M&A opportunities
- Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for due diligence
- Assist in preparation of investment memos and other presentations
- Assist in actual execution, including structuring, negotiation, legal documentation, etc.
- Investor Relations & Other
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist with Board presentations / materials to demonstrate
- Various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO
✳️ Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, strategy or similar functions
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks and work in an ambiguous environment
- English fluency
